At PlantsGuru, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and store credit to make things right.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID)

2. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

3. No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

4. No Final Sale Items

All products sold on www.plantsguru.in are eligible for return, provided they meet the return conditions above. We do not classify any items as final sale.

5. Refund Method: Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be processed as store credit

  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on our website

  • You’ll receive your store credit via email within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

6. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@plantsguru.in within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will provide the return shipping instructions

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer:

  • A free replacement (subject to availability)

  • Or, store credit if replacement is unavailable
