1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is outside our delivery range, we will notify you via email or phone after you place the order.

2. Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, transportation delays, or high order volume.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹499

  • A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹499 (displayed during checkout)

  • Bulk or heavy item shipping charges will be calculated separately, if applicable

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s status in real-time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will offer a free replacement or refund based on the situation.

Please keep the packaging and take photographs of the damage for faster resolution.

  • Delays due to natural disasters, courier disruptions, or government restrictions
